Job Description
As the Superintendent, you will lead field operations and drive onsite delivery for ground‑up multifamily projects while working closely with project leadership.
- Oversee all daily site operations for 70-80 unit, mid‑rise multifamily developments
- Manage subcontractor performance, sequencing, and coordination
- Maintain and update project schedules using MS Project (or comparable scheduling software such as P6)
- Enforce safety standards, quality control, and compliance measures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and trade partners
- Drive punch list, commissioning, and project closeout
- Mentor field staff and uphold positive site culture
The Successful Applicant
For The Superintendent We Are Seeking
- Experience delivering ground‑up multifamily or comparable commercial projects valued $20M-$40M
- Stable tenure with reputable local or regional general contractors
- Strong proficiency in scheduling software (MS Project preferred; P6 acceptable)
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management tools
- Strong communication, leadership, and subcontractor coordination skills
- Construction-related degree preferred, but not required for seasoned superintendents
- Salary up to $140k
