Our client is a self-perform general contractor that is well-known across the US, mostly in the Midwest. They work on mostly municipal projects ranging from $2-$30M in scope. Other projects include commercial and industrial projects across Indianapolis, IN and Noblesville, IN.
Job Description
- Supporting the APMs, PEs, and other project managers as needed
- Project planning from precon to completion on ground up projects and occupied spaces
- Master schedule creation and ensuring deadlines are met
- Lead weekly OAC meetings along with Supers or Project Executives
- Review and approve change orders, RFIs
- Review documentation from PEs and APMs
- Client and architecture communication
The Successful Applicant
- 5-7 years of experience in project management preferably with a general contractor
- Experience with municipal projects
- Live in Hamilton County
- Proficient in Procore
- Bachelors degree in construction management or related
- Base salary based on experience and expertise ($95,000 - $120,000)
