Job Description
- Manage and oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols at all times.
- Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and relevant parties.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including daily logs and reports.
