Description
As the Commercial Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing field operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You will report directly to senior operations leadership and work closely with project managers and subcontractors.
- Manage day‑to‑day on‑site construction activities from mobilization through close‑out
- Lead subcontractors and self‑perform crews to ensure productivity, quality, and safety
- Coordinate schedules, inspections, material deliveries, and manpower planning
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and company procedures at all times
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and inspectors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope for $10-20M commercial builds
- Represent the company professionally on active jobsites throughout the OKC metro area
Profile
For the Commercial Construction Superintendent, we are seeking:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Background delivering projects in the $10M-$20M range preferred
- Experience across commercial sectors such as education, healthcare, retail, or faith‑based facilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate subcontractors and field teams
- A hands‑on, hard‑working, and team‑oriented mindset
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, scheduling, and quality control
- Ability to pass a standard pre‑employment background check
