Superintendent (Traveling) - Gas Station - Nashville, TN

The Traveling Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects within the QSR, Gas Station and Retail industry ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires frequent travel with projects covering the southeastern United States and a strong ability to coordinate teams and resources effectively.

Description

• Oversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to maintain project progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any issues proactively.
• Manage and document project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Resolve conflicts or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Travel frequently to various project locations to oversee operations.
