Job Description
- Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards at all times.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Address any issues or challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Manage site logistics, including materials and equipment.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment on-site.
