You will be responsible for planning day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, enforcing strict safety protocols, and managing material deliveries. This role requires creating two-week lookahead schedules, maximizing labor productivity, and maintaining daily production logs to keep projects on track. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can drive efficiency and ensure company-owned equipment is utilized safely and properly.
Description
The Superintendent Will Be Responsible For:
- Own Self-Perform Operations: Direct and supervise crews across concrete, carpentry, demolition, and structural scopes, ensuring work is executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Drive Daily Field Success: Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and running smoothly.
- Champion Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict safety standards and regulatory requirements to protect your team and the jobsite.
- Partner with Leadership: Work closely with Project Managers to align field execution with schedules, budgets, and project goals.
- Solve Complex Challenges: Review drawings, plan work sequences, and proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on track.
- Deliver Quality That Stands Out: Oversee inspections, documentation, and quality control to ensure work exceeds expectations.
Profile
