Job Description
- Supervise daily operations and activities on multifamily construction sites to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers to maintain smooth workflows and high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
- Review project plans and specifications to provide technical guidance and resolve issues as they arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential delays or challenges.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and logs.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure expectations are met.
