Projects are highly design‑driven and often executed in collaboration with top architects and interior designers.
Description
- Oversee construction of high‑end, custom luxury homes ($5M )
- Manage daily site operations with a focus on quality and detail
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and deliveries
- Utilize Procore and other construction management tools
- Work closely with Project Managers and the Director of Construction
- Represent the firm professionally to clients, architects, and designers
Profile
A successful Superintendent - Luxury Custom Residential should have:
- 5 years of Superintendent experience preferred
- Proven background in luxury custom residential (not production/spec)
- Experience delivering high‑end homes $2M (>$5M strongly preferred)
- Stable work history with limited job movement
- Proficient in Procore
- Passionate about craftsmanship
- Open to travel across active project locations
Job Offer
Base salary: Up to $130,000 (higher considered for stronger experience)
