Job Description
- Lead daily on‑site operations for a large ground‑up public school project in Central MA
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, and quality control
- Oversee Procore documentation, daily reports, and project communication
- Conduct safety walks, enforce site safety standards, and ensure compliance
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and municipal officials
- Drive project milestones, phasing, inspections, and turnover activities
- Train on an ongoing academic project before transitioning to lead future builds
- Represent the contractor professionally with owners, districts, and project partners

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Large Public School Project should have:
- 5-10 years of Lead Superintendent experience (public/academic strongly preferred)
- Experience on large ground‑up or major renovation projects ($20M )
- Background in public, academic, K‑12, or municipal construction
- Strong relationships or familiarity with the Central MA subcontractor market
- Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License (Required)
- Proficiency with Procore
- Associate degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and planning skills
- Ability to commute to Central MA daily (no hybrid/remote)
- $125K-$175K base salary (higher possible for exceptional public‑sector talent)
