The Superintendent - Industrial Projects $50M will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day operations at construction sites, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections and promoting a culture of safety among the team.
- Monitoring project progress and performance metrics, reporting regularly to project managers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, maintaining positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Conducting regular meetings with project teams to review progress, address concerns, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of construction activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.
The Successful Applicant
The Superintendent - Industrial Projects $50M should have:
- 6 years of Superintendent experience
- Experience working on ground up industrial projects (preferred)
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations specific to industrial settings.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
The Superintendent - Industrial Projects $50M may receive:
- Base compensation up to $165k (depending on previous experience)
