Job Description

• Manage all day‑to‑day field operations on assigned projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and site logistics
• Drive short‑interval planning and overall project sequencing
• Enforce safety standards and quality expectations
• Partner closely with Project Managers and client representatives

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience as a commercial construction Superintendent
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schedules
• Hands‑on leader with strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Healthcare or education project experience is a plus
