Job Description
- Manage all field operations for healthcare construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and safety compliance
- Lead ground-up and renovation projects valued between $1M and $20M
- Maintain project quality standards and client communication
- Travel as required to support projects throughout the Southeast
The Successful Applicant
- Superintendent experience on healthcare construction projects
- Strong background in ground-up commercial construction
- Proven ability to manage schedules, trades, and project delivery
- Local to Tampa, FL, or able to relocate
- $120,000-$130,000 base salary
- Annual performance bonus (typically around $15,000)
- $800 per month vehicle allowance
- 401(k) with 4% company match
