The Superintendent - Healthcare Construction - Vermont Will
- Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
- Train and supervise construction staff as needed to ensure high performance.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
