Job Description
- Manage planning and day‑to‑day execution to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate communication among clients, designers, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure all work complies with healthcare regulations and safety codes.
- Track project costs and resource use to control the overall budget.
- Continuously monitor jobsite quality and safety practices
The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrated experience delivering large, technically challenging healthcare projects.
- 7 years of hands‑on experience working for a general contractor.
- Strong understanding of construction best practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership abilities with clear, effective communication skills.
- Proven track record of overseeing complex schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects finish on time and within budget.
- Solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to address issues quickly and effectively.
