- Direct all field operations for ground-up construction projects, maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and schedule requirements.
- Supervise subcontractors and vendors while coordinating on-site activities to keep workflows organized and efficient.
- Conduct routine jobsite walkthroughs, quickly resolving challenges and verifying work aligns with design plans and specifications.
- Communicate consistent progress updates to project leadership and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Travel regularly between project sites and be prepared to stay on-site for extended durations when project demands require it.
Profile
- Experienced superintendent in complex commercial construction projects. (3-5 years)
- Strong leadership abilities with expertise in problem-solving and team coordination.
- Skilled in interpreting blueprints, project schedules, and technical specifications.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills for efficient project management.
- Willing to travel extensively and stay on-site long-term
