Description

The Superintendent - Great Family Like Culture GC - Raleigh will be responsible for:

As Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Coordinating subcontractors, inspections, and scheduling milestones
• Enforcing site safety policies and leading safety meetings
• Maintaining project schedules and daily reporting
• Collaborating closely with Project Managers and clients
• Ensuring quality control and resolving field issues proactively
• Serving as the primary on-site point of contact for stakeholders

Profile

The Superintendent - Great Family Like Culture GC - Raleigh will have:

• 7 years of experience as a Superintendent with a GC
• Strong background in commercial construction projects
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field teams
• Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing and scheduling
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
• Experience delivering projects in occupied or fast-paced environments is a plus

5 years of construction Project Manager experience with a general contractor is required
Experience on ground-up education, healthcare, and/or commercial construction projects is required
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or relevant degree preferred
Applicable Project Management Software experience preferred
Developed thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc.
and their impact on project success
Maintains good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with anyone from clients to subcontractors
Must be a business-oriented person and act professionally when representing the employer at any level
Local to Charlotte preferred, though relocators will be considered

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
