Job Description

As the Superintendent - Data Center Construction, you will report to a Project Executive or Senior Project Manager and take full ownership of site execution.

• Lead all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through turnover
• Manage day‑to‑day coordination of subcontractors, inspections, and logistics
• Drive schedule adherence and productivity on fast‑paced data center builds
• Enforce site safety standards and promote a zero‑incident culture
• Coordinate critical path work related to mechanical, electrical, and commissioning
• Ensure quality control, documentation, and compliance with project standards
• Serve as the on‑site point of contact for project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent - Data Center Construction we are seeking:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on data center or mission‑critical projects
• Strong background in complex commercial, industrial, or advanced technology builds
• Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and life‑safety systems
• Track record of managing aggressive schedules and multiple trade partners
• Commitment to safety leadership and quality execution
• Ability to lead large field teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
