Job Description
As the Superintendent, you will report directly to senior project leadership and take full ownership of on‑site delivery for a large, technically complex healthcare development. You will be responsible for:
- Leading day‑to‑day site operations on a multi‑building healthcare project
- Coordinating subcontractors across electrical, interior finishes, utilities, and telecommunications
- Managing schedules, inspections, safety compliance, and quality control
- Overseeing underground utilities, fiber cabling, and structured telecommunications scope
- Driving progress in active healthcare or occupied environments
- Maintaining accurate documentation, reporting, and digital project records
- Supporting project close‑out and handover to clients and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
For The Superintendent Role, We Are Seeking
- Five or more years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects
- Proven experience delivering interior construction projects; ground‑up experience is a strong plus
- Background in healthcare, medical office buildings, telecommunications, or mission‑critical work
- Hands‑on knowledge of fiber cabling, underground utilities, interior finishes, and MEP coordination
- Strong computer skills with experience managing digital documentation and reporting
- Local knowledge of the regional market is highly preferred
- Willingness to relocate for the right opportunity, with support provided
- Base salary: $100,000 - $135,000
- Annual performance bonus, typically paid around the holidays
- Employer‑sponsored healthcare with 50 percent contribution
- 401(k) with 100 percent match on the first three percent
- Annual profit sharing
- Early Friday finishes, with most Fridays ending at 1:00 PM
- Sign‑on bonus available for qualified relocators
