Job Description
- Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain efficient workflow
- Enforce safety standards and ensure full compliance with job site regulations
- Review plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and constructability
- Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve issues as they arise
- Lead and direct field teams to ensure quality workmanship and productivity
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and schedules
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns
