Job Description

• Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain efficient workflow
• Enforce safety standards and ensure full compliance with job site regulations
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and constructability
• Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve issues as they arise
• Lead and direct field teams to ensure quality workmanship and productivity
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and schedules
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns

A Successful Superintendent - Commercial Construction Should Have

• Proven experience in commercial construction project management.
• A strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Competence in using project management software and tools.
