Commercial general contractor located in downtown Kansas City. Annual revenue is about $100M a year and portfolio consists of mainly healthcare, education, industrial, and commercial projects. Company is rapidly growing and continuously winning work. With all projects local to the Greater KC Area, they are looking for a talented Superintendent to join their growing team!

• Supervise all aspects of construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts to maintain smooth project execution.
• Manage on-site personnel and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee the procurement and allocation of materials and equipment for the project.
• Maintain thorough documentation of project activities and progress reports.
