Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure key milestones are achieved on schedule
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain smooth project flow
- Enforce safety standards and ensure a clean, compliant, and well-organized job site
- Track project schedules and budgets, providing regular progress updates
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent delays or cost impacts
- Perform site inspections and uphold strict quality control standards
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and key stakeholders
- Keep accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including logs, reports, and schedules
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and project scheduling
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- OSHA certification required; familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software preferred
