Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure adherence to project plans
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain workflow
- Enforce safety standards and conduct regular site inspections
- Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates to Project Manager
- Ensure quality control throughout all phases of construction
- Lead and motivate crews to achieve productivity and performance goals
- Represent the company professionally with clients and stakeholders
Profile
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial or large-scale construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office Suite
- OSHA certification or equivalent preferred
