Job Description

• Lead healthcare construction projects across multiple SC locations
• Oversee all field operations, from mobilization to project closeout
• Drive schedules, subcontractor coordination, and site productivity
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and healthcare standards
• Act as the on-site leader, coordinating with PMs and stakeholders
• Manage project logistics while traveling between active job sites

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on healthcare or complex commercial builds
• Open to consistent travel across the Carolinas (project-based)
• Strong leadership with the ability to manage fast-paced, technical projects
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety, quality, and execution
• Comfortable using construction tech and project management tools

$120,000 - $155,000 base salary

• $2,500 - $3,500 monthly per diem (tax-advantaged)
• $850/month vehicle allowance or company vehicle
• $85/month phone allowance or company phone
• 15% discretionary bonus (typical)
