Job Description
- Lead all day-to-day site operations from preconstruction through project completion.
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, field coordination, and project execution.
- Ensure quality, safety, permits, inspections, and code compliance requirements are met.
- Drive OAC meetings, document control, reporting, and risk management activities.
- Mentor Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers while developing future leaders.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Multifamily Superintendent Should Have
- Experience as a Superintendent delivering multifamily construction projects.
- Strong podium and wood-frame construction expertise.
- Track record managing projects valued between $10M-$50M.
- Skilled in subcontractor management, scheduling, and field problem-solving.
- Proactive, positive leader who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Annual salary between USD 115.000 and USD 130.000.
- Multiple bonus opportunities including guaranteed annual, project-completion, sign-on potential, and ESOP profit-sharing.
