Description
The Sr. Superintendent - Multifamily Construction will:
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities during multifamily construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Review project plans and blueprints to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Manage and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and clients.
- Monitor project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Profile
A successful Sr. Superintendent - Multifamily Construction should have:
- 10 years of experience
- Proven experience in multifamily construction project management
- Ground up construction experience preferred
- Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.

Salary : $130,000 - $155,000
