Description
- Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain project quality standards.
- Oversee safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site construction teams.
- Monitor and manage project resources, including materials, tools, and labor.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders to address concerns and deliver updates.

A successful Traveling Senior Superintendent (Mission Critical) should have:

- Experience working on data center mission critical OR complex light industrial mission critical.
