Description

• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain project quality standards.
• Oversee safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site construction teams.
• Monitor and manage project resources, including materials, tools, and labor.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders to address concerns and deliver updates.

Profile

A successful Traveling Senior Superintendent (Mission Critical) should have:

• Proven experience in managing mission-critical construction projects.
• Experience working on data center mission critical OR complex light industrial mission critical.
• Openness to travel
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to travel extensively to various project locations.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management tools and software.
