Job Description
- Lead and manage large-scale interior construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and key milestones.
- Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and resources.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth.
