The Sr Project Manager: Distribution Center Construction will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large scale big box/distribution center projects. Description

• Manage all phases of distribution center construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.
• Ensure effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
• Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients.

Profile

A successful Sr Project Manager: Distribution Center Construction should have:
