Job Description
Glimpse of your role:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through completion
- Heavy land developement project packages
- Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation
- Track and resolve issues related to cost, quality, and performance
- Communicate with clients and ensure project satisfaction
- Lead project planning meetings and maintain documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Support estimating, procurement, and subcontractor management
- Complete closeout and turnover requirements
The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For
- 6 years of construction management experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction preferred but not required
- Strong organizational, communicative, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with construction software
- Ability to manage projects $50M
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in the multifamily or mixed use space is required
