Job Description

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and addressing any delays proactively.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and clear communication.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, addressing any variances to maintain cost efficiency.
