Job Description
- Lead field operations for retail construction projects including remodels, expansions, and ground-up builds
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and day-to-day on-site coordination
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Maintain jobsite safety and compliance with all regulations
- Coordinate closely with project management teams and client stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on retail construction projects
- Background managing big box projects, open store remodels, or similar fast-paced builds
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain schedule integrity
- Willingness to travel regionally with a structured project pipeline
