Job Description
- Lead all daily onsite construction activities for healthcare interior and healthcare ground‑up/expansion projects.
- Manage subcontractors, logistics, phasing, inspections, and quality control in medical environments.
- Enforce ICRA requirements, infection‑control barriers, interim life safety measures, and hospital compliance.
- Maintain project schedule using Microsoft Project; track milestones and critical path items.
- Utilize Project Site (Trimble Project) for documentation, reporting, RFIs, photos, and daily logs.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, hospital stakeholders, design partners, and inspectors.
- Conduct daily/weekly coordination meetings and proactively resolve field issues.
- Uphold strict safety standards and ensure compliance with healthcare facility protocols.
- Travel to project sites throughout SC, NC, GA, FL, TN, and WV.
- Represent the company professionally with owners, medical administrators, and trade partners.
The Successful Applicant
- Candidates MUST have proven experience leading healthcare interiors projects.

- 5-15 years of Superintendent experience.
- Experience on hospital additions, renovations, expansions, or interior phases.
- Strong ability to run complex job sites independently with limited oversight.
- Not seeking candidates with jumpy work histories.
- Comfortable with multi‑state travel and long‑duration projects.
- Familiarity with Project Site, Procore‑style platforms, and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Based in the Carolinas or Georgia preferred; others considered with willingness to travel.
