Job Description
Site Superintendent
- Manage all on-site activities for custom homes construction projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
- Communicate project updates and timelines to stakeholders and clients effectively.
- Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges that may arise during construction.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and change orders.
- Ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and quality control across all aspects of the project.
