They are seeking a Senior Superintendent with deep experience in treatment plant construction to lead field operations on highly technical, large-scale projects.

Job Description
- Lead field operations for water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects
- Oversee structural concrete, process equipment setting, piping, and mechanical installations
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, including critical path and sequencing of complex systems
- Coordinate multiple subcontractors across disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation)
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive quality control for highly technical installations and process systems
- Partner with Project Managers to manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations
- Resolve field challenges related to constructability, sequencing, and system integration
- Mentor and develop field staff, including Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents

The Successful Applicant
The Successul Senior Superintendent Will Have
- 10-15 years of construction experience, with a strong focus on water/wastewater treatment facilities
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on treatment plant projects
- Deep knowledge of:
- Reinforced concrete structures (tanks, basins, clarifiers)
- Process mechanical systems (pumps, blowers, piping systems)
- Underground utilities and sitework
- Experience coordinating mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation (MEP/I) scopes
- Ability to manage complex sequencing and system commissioning phases
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Ability/willingness to Travel or relocate
