Description
- Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily projects
- Enforce safety programs and maintain a best-in-class jobsite culture
- Manage schedules, subcontractor performance, inspections, and quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and ownership representatives
- Drive projects to completion on schedule and within budget
Profile
- Proven history delivering ground-up multifamily projects (podium, wrap, or high-density residential)
- Senior Superintendent or Lead Superintendent experience on projects typically $50M
- Strong understanding of California construction practices and inspections
- Demonstrated leadership of large subcontractor teams
- Experience working for a top-tier GC or developer-builder preferred
