Description
The Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical - NoVA will:
- Lead all on‑site construction field activities for mission‑critical projects
- Manage subcontractors, scheduling, site logistics, and daily reporting
- Implement and enforce project safety, quality standards, and compliance measures
- Coordinate closely with project managers and executive leadership
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company on‑site
- Oversee project phasing, sequencing, and milestone delivery using MS Project
- Support development of local team infrastructure as NoVA operations expand
- Mentor junior field staff and contribute to long‑term regional growth
Profile
The Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical - NoVA will have:
- 15-20 years in construction field management/supervision
- Minimum 5-7 years of mission‑critical (data center) experience
- Background with a general contractor required; GC experience with MEP focus acceptable
- Project experience aligned with $15M-$60M scopes
- Strong preference for candidates local to Northern Virginia
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project scheduling
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and team‑building skills
- Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
Job Offer
The Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical - NoVA will receive:
- Base salary: $150K-$185K
- Bonuses: Two annually (April & November), typically totaling 9%-15%
- Vehicle program: $850/month allowance or company‑provided vehicle
- Fuel card $50/month cell phone allowance
- Opportunity for three salary adjustments per year
