Job Description
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Lead and supervise on-site construction teams to ensure safety and productivity.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and company standards.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment to maintain project timelines.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders and management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior Superintendent Should Have
- 3-5 years as a Senior Superintendent or Lead Superintendent on large commercial projects.
- Proven experience overseeing ground‑up projects valued at $50M as the lead field leader.
- Strong background in commercial construction; K‑12 or DGS experience highly preferred.
- Design‑Build experience strongly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Procore is required.
- Ability to manage complex scheduling, safety, and multi‑team coordination efforts.
- Competitive compensation up to $180K plus company truck or $700/month car allowance.
