Job Description
- Lead improvements to the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with all regulatory and customer requirements.
- Drive root‑cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives across production.
- Own quality documentation-procedures, work instructions, and controlled documents-ensuring accuracy and alignment with evolving processes.
- Oversee internal, customer, and third‑party audits while ensuring timely closure of findings.
- Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to enhance process capability, reduce variation, and improve yield.
- Partner with QC teams to standardize inspection methods, acceptance criteria, and defect classification across the site.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior Quality Engineer Should Have
- Must be a U.S. Citizen/U.S. Person due to export‑control requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Must come from polymer / injection molding / chemical manufacturing
- 8 years in quality engineering within manufacturing, materials, or technical industrial environments.
- Strong expertise in QMS systems, AS9100 or ISO principles, and auditing practices.
- Proficiency in root‑cause tools, corrective actions, and data analysis methods; familiarity with GD&T, PLM, and ECO workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence quality performance across cross‑functional teams.
