Description
- Lead cross‑functional teams to design and implement proactive quality processes across the enterprise
- Own corrective and preventive action efforts, driving root‑cause analysis and long‑term solutions
- Develop, document, and maintain quality system procedures, work instructions, and forms
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools to reduce waste and cost
- Define, analyze, and report quality metrics to guide decision‑making and capital investment
- Serve as Lead Auditor and conduct internal and external audits to ISO 9001 standards
- Support new product development through design reviews, FMEAs, control plans, and measurement system planning
- Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and suppliers to ensure quality expectations are met

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 4 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance
- Experience working in an ISO 9001 (or equivalent) manufacturing environment
- Strong problem‑solving skills using methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, or PDCA
- Working knowledge of statistical and quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, Cpk)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; mechanical design experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
