- Provide overall project leadership from pre-construction through closeout
- Manage and support foremen and field supervision to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met
- Serve as the primary client-facing representative for assigned projects
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, change orders, and cost forecasting
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including government contract requirements
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Conduct project meetings (internal, owner, and subcontractor)
- Monitor and enforce safety programs and jobsite best practices
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reporting, and closeout deliverables
The Successful Applicant
- 7 years of experience in mechanical construction project management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems
- Demonstrated experience managing foremen and field crews
- Proven ability to communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders
- Experience with federal/government projects (preferred but not required)
- Working knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and construction software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
- Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
