Job Description
- Oversee large ground‑up multifamily, podium construction projects ranging from $30M-$60M.
- Lead all phases of project delivery: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and cost reports
The Successful Applicant
- Strong experience managing large scale multifamily construction projects (ideally valued at $30M )
- Proven experience overseeing large, ground‑up multifamily, podium, mid‑rise, or similarly complex vertical commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and budgeting principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
