They have several high profile multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use projects coming up and are looking for someone to lead them. Description
- Proven experience managing ground-up wood-frame construction projects (required).
- Successfully led commercial construction projects valued over $20 million, delivering on time and within budget.
- Skilled in creating and maintaining master schedules, aligning timelines with project milestones and stakeholder expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects through all phases, from preconstruction planning through final completion and closeout.
Profile
- Minimum of 7 years as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.
- Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.
- Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects.
