Job Description
- Lead life science projects (ground-up and/or interiors) and related complex commercial work from kickoff through turnover.
- Own budget, schedule, and scope: forecasting, cost control, procurement, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive design-build delivery on select upcoming projects
- Manage project documentation and workflows in Autodesk Build (or comparable platforms-training provided on their accounting tools).
- Coordinate and lead all stakeholders: owners, architects/engineers, consultants, and trade partners-keeping decisions moving and issues resolved.
- Run project meetings, ensure timely RFIs/submittals, manage change orders, and maintain clean project communications and reporting.
- Partner closely with field leadership to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met across active job sites.
- Mentor and help develop junior team members (APMs/PEs), while maintaining accountability and pace on delivery.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager - Lab & Life Science should have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager -you've run your own projects with meaningful responsibility for cost/schedule.
- Background in life sciences construction (preferred), with openness to hospital/healthcare project experience as a strong substitute.
- Design-build experience is highly desired
- Comfort working primarily from the Quincy office with job sites typically within the Greater Boston / Route 128 belt (some on-site presence will be required as projects ramp).
- Strong commercial construction fundamentals: subcontractor buyout, contract/admin, change management, closeout, and client-facing leadership.
Base Salary Guidance
- PM: typically $120,000-$150,000
- SPM: $150,000-$180,000
- Benefits package including medical/ dental/ vision
- 401k, PTO
