Job Description
- Lead large‑scale higher education and healthcare projects from preconstruction through close‑out
- Serve as a senior representative within a growing New Haven office
- Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and client expectations
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients and trade partners
- Support business growth efforts, particularly within the higher‑education sector
- Utilise Procore and related tools to drive project transparency and performance
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership on strategy and delivery
The Successful Applicant
- 15 years of experience in construction management or general contracting
- Strong background in higher education and/or healthcare projects
- Previous experience delivering work on active campus environments preferred
- Proven leadership and mentoring capability
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Office, and Bluebeam
- Ability to commute to New Haven, CT (on‑site role)
- Highly competitive compensation (flexible for the right individual, up to ~$200K)
