Description

  • Lead and manage higher education construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Oversee all phases of construction, including planning, execution, and close-out.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations at all times.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
  • Mentor and lead project teams to achieve high performance and professional growth.

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager - Higher Ed should have:

  • 10-15 years experience in leadership/ senior role
  • A strong background in construction project management, particularly in the higher education sector.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams and stakeholders.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle complex challenges.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes in Boston.
