Description
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for:
- Business Development - building out healthcare market
- Running Healthcare projects from start through completion on time & within budget
- Small healthcare projects ($500K to $10M)
- Occupied renovations, Ambulatory fit outs, Pharmacys, Cardiac Rehabs, etc.
- Leading/Taking ownership of the project they are on
- Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
- Upholding company image / professionalism
- Must be able to commutable to project sites throughout CT
Profile
The right candidate has the following qualifications:
- Strong background in Healthcare projects
- 7-10 years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor (required)
- Business Development background
- Construction-related degree (highly preferred)
- Computer skill & familiarity with construction softwares
