Job Description
- Lead ground‑up projects in healthcare, higher education, and life science sectors
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors, design partners, and internal project teams
- Maintain strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance requirements
- Support business development activities, including client engagement and pursuits
- Contribute to proposals, presentations, and preconstruction strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and key stakeholders
