Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager will oversee civil or structural engineering projects, manage a dedicated team, and serve as the primary point of contact for public‑sector clients. This role is perfect for someone who is ready to take the next step toward strategic leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering teams across multiple complex projects
- Oversee project scope, budget, scheduling, and client communication

Civil Engineering PM Experience (Preferred)

Profile
Ideal Candidate
- 6-12 years of civil or structural engineering experience
- BS in Civil Engineering required
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or strong path toward licensure
- Strong communication skills (written verbal)
- Experience with NJ or NYC agencies strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, clients, and project workflows
