Job Description
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the VP of Operations and be responsible for:
- Serve as the technical authority for complex CNC machining, multi-axis programming, tooling strategy, fixturing, and process development.
- Lead enterprise-level manufacturing problem solving, establishing scalable standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Develop and govern manufacturing documentation, setup standards, and process controls within an ERP-driven production environment.
- Drive quality, metrology strategy, SPC, and in-process verification aligned with regulated manufacturing requirements.
- Translate customer requirements into robust, production-ready process and quality strategies.
- Mentor and elevate technical talent through hands-on guidance, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership.
- Deliver innovative machining and programming solutions that expand organizational and technical capability.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8 years of experience in CNC machining, process engineering, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming.
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, ESPRIT, or similar).
- Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and machining tolerances.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing documentation processes.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machine setup and troubleshooting.
